With a frenzied action, the mirrored plexi-glass wings flash into the depths, compelling game fish to attack.  13" Hawk comes with mirrored wings which project flashes of light into the water compelling fish to strike.  With frenzied action, the bird flutters back and forth across the water and kicks a spray across the surface.  Made with a heavy, unbreakable stainless steel rod running through the body wrapped at both ends.  13" Hawk Rigged comes with a 200 lb. ball bearing swivel attached to the stainless steel rod.
